Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort, SDS was the general contractor for an extensive $36 million renovation of nearly all exterior and interior areas, including guestrooms, restaurants, lobby, spa & fitness center, and new swimming pool.

A 12-acre development that is one of the most historically important and archaeologically significant sites in the Hawaiian Islands. Once the political seat of Hawaii and home to various Royalty, including King Kamehameha III. Project is comprised of a new 84-stall parking lot, restored 10-acre wetlands area, two fish ponds, a 1-acre island and various “hales” or buildings, among them the re-construction of the residence of the former King.
